Leader accountability has evolved in the last five to ten years. It is now commonly recognized that executives need support, coaching, and accountability that comes from outside of their own organization. A third party can be neutral regarding the organization's goals, while being concerned foremost with your growth and success.
While some coaches are former executives and some come from a background in mental health, our approach combines the two. With training in mental health counseling and 15 years working in education and managing teams, we believe that an effective coach brings more than enthusiasm to the table.
